RESOLUTION NO. 859
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA DIRECTING THE FILING OF CONDEMNATION
ACTION FOR STREET PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande,
State of California, considers that it would be advantageous to
use certain property for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE , IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1- The City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande haa
found and determined that the public interest and necessity require
the acquisition, construction or completion bY^."I1~iq"C;;ity of a road-
way over, above and across the hereinafter degctibed property.
2. The City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has
found and determined that a fee simple interest in the hereinafter
described property is necessary.
3. That the property hereinafter described is necessary
for street purposes and hereby directs the City Attorney to prepare,
commence, and prosecute proceedings in eminent domain to acquire
said property for the purpose of public use and street purposes.
4. That said property is located in the City of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is
