RESOLUTION NO. 856
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE READOPTING THE PUBLIC BUILDINGS
ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS. the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo
Grande has prepared a general plan report together with a general
plan map and has recommended the readoption of the Public Buildings ,
Element of the General Plan; and
WHEREAS. the City Council did review the Public Buildings
Element of the General Plan report and map on February 10. 1970.
and did find the plan to be valid as originally adopted by the City
Council on June 27. 1967 by Resolution No. 757.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APOYO
GRANDE DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOJ,LOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
does hereb~ find and determine that the public interest. convenience
and necessity require that the Public Buildings Element of the
General Plan report and map be readopted.
Section. 2. The City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
does hereby readopt the Public Buildings Element of the General Plan
together with the maps and descriptive material.
On motion of Councilman Schleqel . seconded by Councilman
Levine . and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Schlegel. Levine. Wood, Talley and
NOES: Mayor Thompson
None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this lOth day of
February. 1970.
