RESOLUTION NO. 848
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE NORTHERLY
SIDE OF WEST BRANCH STREET AND GRAND AVENUE

WHEIU:AS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande is,
py ordinance, permitted to establish "NO PARKING" zones; and
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish
"NO PARKING" zones on West Branch Street and Grand Avenue at
the locations described below.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande, that parking be and the same. is herewith
prohibited on those portions of West Branch Street and Grand
Avenue as follows:
Westerly from a point located lSD' easterly of the
center line of Wesley Avenue to a point located at the westerly
end of the curb return on the westerly side of the south bound
off ramp to Grand Avenue from State Route No. 10!.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police .of the City
of Arroyo Grande be and he is herewith ordered to install all
necessary signs and markings to indicate the "NO PARKING" areas
as above set forth.
On motion of Councilman Wood, seconded by Councilman
Schlegel. and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Schlegel, Levine, Wood. Talley and
Mayor Thompson
NOES: None
- ABSENT: None
the tore going resolution was passed and adopted this 25th day
of November, 1969.
