RESOLUTION NO. 847
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA DIRECTING THE FILING
OF CONDEMNATION ACTION FOR STREET PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande, State of
California, considers that it would be advantageous to use certain property
for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
l. That the property hereinafter described is necessary for street
purposes and hereby directs the City Attorney to prepare, commence, and
prosecute proceedings in eminent domain to acquire said property for the
purpose of public use and street purposes.
2. That said ptoperty is located in the City of Arroyo Grande, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows:

PARCEL I. That portion of Lot 107 of the map of parts of the Ranchos
Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, in the City of Arrayo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as per map filed in Book A,
Page 65 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described
