RESOLUTION NO. 846
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A CONVEYANCE DEED
IN FAVOR OF PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AS FOLLOWS:
1- That a Deed of Conveyance be granted to Pacific Gas
and Electric Company, a California Corporation, for those cer-
tain underground Electric Distribution facilities now installed
on or adjacent to Virginia Drive and woodland Drive in Tract
No. 131 in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, together with all necessary rights of way
and easements therefor, in the locations shown and delineated
upon the sketch attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof
and particularly described thereon.
2. That the Mayor be authorized to sign said Deed of Con-
veyance and such other documents as the Pacific Gas and Electric
Company may require to enable it to record the rights of way and
easements above granted.

On motion of Councilman Levine, seconded by Councilman
SChlegel, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Schlegel, Levine, Wood, Talley and
Mayor Thompson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 25th day
of November, 1969.

that the foregoing Resolution No. 846 is a true, full and correct
copy of said resolution passed and adopted by the City Council
