RESOLUTION NO. 841
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING BID FOR PURCHASE OF
CITY PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO SIGN
DEED TO SAID PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande did on the 12th day of
August, 1969, adopt a Resolution giving notice of its intention
to sell the real property herein referred to, and diG set the
23rd day of September, 1969, as the time when a hearing would
be held in connectLon therewith; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was held and no persons appeared to
object, the Council did then set the 26th day of September,
1969, as the date when bids for said property would be re~eived;
and
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of September, 1969, Albert C.
Cattoir made the only bid for saiq property, said bi.d being the
highest and best bid received therefor.
NOW, THEREFORE; BElT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS FOLLOWS:

1. The public interest and convenience will be served if
the hereinafter describl!d parcels of real property set forth
in ExhibitttAtt attached hereto are sold and conveyed.
,
2. That Albert C. Cattoir has bid for the hereinafter
described real property and that said bid is a fair and equit-
able bid for said property and that said property should be and
the same is.berewith so~d to the said Albert C. Cattoir.
3. That the Mayor of the City of Arroyo Grande is herewith
ordered and directed to execute a deed for said property to the
said Albert C. Cattoir u.pon payment to the City Clerk of "\:he City
of Arroyo Grande. .
