RESOLUTION NOo 834
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO
PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS .
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande does hereby authorize the office of Procurement,
Department of General Services of the State of California to
purchase
One 4-door Sedan, 119" Wheelbase and Two:}'4-ton Pickup Trucks
for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande pursuant to
Section 14814, Government Code, and that Thomas M. Butch,
Purchasing Agent, is hereby authorized and directed to sign
and deliver all necessary requests and other documents in
connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo
Grande.
On motion of Councilman Smith , seconded by
Councilman Schleqel and on the following roll call vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Schlegel, Smith and Mayor Thompson
NOES: None i
ABSENT: Councilmen Levine and Wood I
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 12th day I
of August, 19q9. I
