RESOLUTION NO. 832
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING AND LOCATING
A PEDESTRIAN CROSS WALK ON GRAND AVE, AT THE EASTERLY
SIDE OF FAIR VIEW DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande that pursuant to the provisions of Section 4-3.09, Chapter 3,
Title 4 of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code, the space hereinafter
specifically located and described is hereby designated "CROSS WALK".
Said space or zone is particularly described, designated
and located as follows:
That an eight foot (8') pedestrian cross walk be
installed on Grand Avenue at Fair View Drive, said
crosswalk to be the sQhthe~ly extension of the
easterly sidewalk area on Fair View Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief of Police of the I
City of Arroyo Grande be and he is hereby directed to cause the said
space to be marked with appropriate markings in accordance with the
provisions of Section 21456 of the Vehicle Code of the State of
California.
On motion of Councilman Schlegel , seconded by I
Councilman Smith and on the following roll call vote,
to wit: I
AYES: Councilmen Schlegel, Smith and Mayor Thompson
