RESOLUTION NOo 830
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO SIGN AMENDMENT NOo 1 OF THE CONTRACT DATED
MARCH 28, 1966 BETWEEN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AND THE SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND
WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande as follows~
That the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to sign the Amendment No. 1 of the Contract dated March
28, 1966 between the City of Arroyo Grande and the San Luis Obispo
County Flood Control and Water Conservation District.
On motion of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by Councilman
Levine and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Schlegel, Levine, Wood, Smith and
Mayor Thompson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of
July, 1969.
