. RESOLUTION NOG 829
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO SIGN AGREEMENT TO EXCHANGE REAL
PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande as follows:
That the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are here-
by authorized to sign the Agreement to exchange real property, a
copy of which is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and by this
reference made a part hereof.
On motion of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by Councilman
Levine and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Schlegel, Levine, Wood, Smith and
Mayor Thompson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 8th day of
July, 1969.
