RESOLUTION NOo 822
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING ESTABLISHMENT OF A
LIMITED PARKING SPACE ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF
TRAFFIC WAY BETWEEN VALLEY ROAD AND CHERRY AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AS FOLLOWS:
That hereafter that parking on the west side of Traffic
Way conunencing at a point which lies fifty eight feet (58') southerly
of the intersection of the easterly extension of the southerly proper~y
line of Valley Road with the northerly extension of the westerly pro-
perty line of Traffic Way, thence southerly forty two feet (42') be
limited to Busses Only.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the
City of Arroyo Grande be, and he hereby is authorized to provide and
install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate that said area
has limited parking for Busses Only.
On motion of Councilman Levine, seconded by Councilman
Schlegel, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Schlegel, Levine, Wood, Smith and
Mayor Thompson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of
April, 1969.
