A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'I'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES OF 'IliE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITE!vlS 0
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby authorize the Office of Procuremento Department
of General Services of the State of California to purchase
TIRES AND TUBES
for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande pursuant to Section
148140 Government Code, and that ~homas Mo Butcho Purchasing Agent,
is hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary
requests and other documents in connection therewith for and on b&
half of the City of Arroyo Grandeo
On motion of Councilman Levine, seconded by Councilman Smith,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Levine, Wood, Smith and Mayor Thompson
NOES: Councilman Schlegel
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 25th day of
March, 1969.
