RESOLUTION NO. 819
A RESOLUTION OF THE CI~{ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE ~jAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE DEED TO EXCESS PROPERTY PURSUANT TO
AGREEMENT OF MARCH 21, 19680
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande acquired certain real
property from LOUISE VERMILLION, etal fot street widening and
street realignment purposes pursuant to a written agreement
e~ecuted March 27, 1968 and; 1

WHEREAS, said agreement provided that the City of Arroyo
Grande would relinquish any of the property deeded to it not
required for the realignment of Branch Street;
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that th'C Il'.,yor and City
Clerk be authorized to execute a deed in favor QC LOUISE VERMILLION,
a married woman as her separate property and Do-LORES DANA and
EDWARD GOODWIN DANA, husband and wife as joint tenants for that
certain property not necessary for the realigr~ent of Branch Street,
a copy of the map and description are attached hereto and marked
Exhibi t "A".
On motion of Councilman Levine, seconded by Councilman Schlegel,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Schlegel, Levine, Wood, Smith and
Mayor Thompson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed. and adopted this 25th day of
March, 1969.
