RESOLUTION NO. 794
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 792
ADOPTED APRIL 8TH, 1968.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande adopted a
Resolution entitled "A Resolution of The City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande Re-Adopting a Beautification Plan for the City", and
WHEREAS, the City Council had not previously adopted a beautifi-
cation plan for the City of Arroyo Grande;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That certain Resolution entitled "A Resolution of The City Council
of The City of Arroyo Grande Re-Adopting a Beautification Plan for the
City", is hereby rescinded.
On motion of Councilman Levine, seconded by Councilwoman
Thompson, and by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Levine, Schlegel, Smith
i and Mayor Wood.

The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 23rd day of
April, 1968.
