RESOLUTION NOo 788
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE UTILITY AGREEMENT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Arroyo Grande
are hereby authorized to execute a Utility Agreement No. 181. 011
with the State of California through its Department of Public
Works, Division of Highways.
On motion of Councilman Levine, seconded by Councilwoman
Thompson, and on the following roll call vote, to wi t:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Levine,
Schlegel, Burt and Mayor Wood
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 12th day of
March, 1968.

Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, do hereby
