RESOLUTION NO. 783
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING AN EASEMENT AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN EASEMENT DEED IN FAVOR OF
PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AS FOLLOWS:
1- That an easement be granted to Pacific Gas and Electric
Company, a California Corporation, to erect a line of poles with all
necessary cross arms , braces, anchors, guys and other fixtures and to
suspend wires therefrom as are necessary for transmission of electric
energy over and across those certain premises situate in the County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows:
The parcel of land, situate partly in Lots 125 and 131
of Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo, and Bolsa de Chamisal
described in the Tax Deed from J. E. Barrett, Tax Collector,
County of San Luis Obispo to City of Arroyo Grande dated
February 25, 1949 and recorded in the office of the Recorder
of said County of San Luis Obispo in Volume 515 of Official
Records at page 471.
The route of said line of poles is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the southeasterly boundary line
of State Highway 05~SLO-l commonly known as Highway 1 and
running thence south 430 27~' east 46 feet, more or less,
to a point herein for convenience called Point "A"; thence
south 540 30~' east 622 feet to a point in said premises;
said Point "A" bears north 120 27~' west 1688.6 feet distant
from the 3/4 inch iron pipe tagged RE 323 marking the most
southerly corner of the parcel of land situate in said
Ranchos described in the Order Confirming sale of Real Pro-
perty dated June 7, 1965 and recorded in the office of the
Recorder of said County of San Luis Obispo in volume 1362
of Official Recrods at page 48, described as Parcel 2 therein.
2. That the Mayor be authorized to sign said Easement Deed on
behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande.
On motion of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by Councilman Burt,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Levine, Schlegel,
Burt and Mayor Wood
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of
February, 1968.

of San Luis Obispo, State of California, do hereby certify that the
