RESOLUTION NOo 769 I
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE PROVIDING FOR SPEED LIMITS
ON CERTAIN PORTIONS OF HALCYON ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AS FOLLOWS: ..
That hereafter the following listed speed zone sha.ll
become effective immediately and the Department of Public Works
is he'reby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs
and/or markings to indicate the following speed zone:
(1) 35 miles per hour from 200' north of Fairoaks
Avenue to Grand Avenue on Halcyon Road.
On motion of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by Council-
man Burt, and on the fo;llowing roll call vote,. to wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Levine,
Schlegel, Burt and Mayor Wood
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of
October, 1967.
