RESOLUTION NO. 767
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE TO CHANGE THE GRADE OF CITY
STREETS (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE SECTION 8021)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has
elected to proceed under provisions of Streets and Highways
Code Section 8021, et seq.,
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande intends to order changes for modification
of grade for the following named streets:
1- Alder Street, between Sunset Drive and Fair Oaks Ave.
2. Walnut Street, Farrell Road and 500' north of Maple St.
3. Elm Street, between Poplar Street and Farrell Road
4. Pine Street, between Maple Street and 700' north of Maple street
5. Farrell Road, between Elm Street and Beech Street
6. Fair Oaks Avenue, between Elm Street and Alder Street.
7. Ash Street, between Elm Street and Alder Street
8. Maple Street, between Elm Street and Alder Street
The grade of the above named streets shall be changed by cutting
and filling, or raising and lowering the existing street grade accord-
ing to plans on file with the Arroyo Grande City Clerk in the Arroyo
Grande City Hall, 214 East Branch Street, Arroyo Grande, California,
which are expressly incorporated herein and made a part hereof.
On motion of Councilman Levine, seconded by Councilwoman
Thompson, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Levine, Schlegel,
Burt and Mayor Wood
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day of
September, 1967.
