RESOLUTION NO. 757
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING THE PUBLIC BUILDINGS
PLAN OF THE GENERAL PLAN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
has prepared a general plan report together with general plan maps
entitled the "Public Buildings Plan" and did all things legally
and technfcally required by law to develop a report and maps ade-
quate in scope and authority to serve the purposes of a general
plan: and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 65501 et seq.
the City Council gave required notice and did hold a publlC hearing
on June 27th, 1967, for the purpose of considering the adoption of
the Public Buildings Plan of the General Plan report and maps, and
at which public hearing the Public Buildings Plan and report and
maps were displayed, explained and reported upon: and
WHEREAS, said Public Buildings Plan of the General Plan report
and maps thereof are necessary for sound future community develop-
ment, the preservation of community values, and the promotion of
the general health, safety, convenience and welfare of the citizens
of the City of Arroyo Grande: and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has a
responsibility to plan for the desirable future. growth and develop-
ment of the City of Arroyo Grande:
NOW, THEREFORE , THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does
hereby find and determine that the public interest,
convenience and necessity require that the Public
Buildings Plan of the General Plan report and maps
be adopted.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does
hereby adopt the Public Buildings Plan of the General
Plan together with the maps and descriptive material.
On motion of Councilman Levine, seconded by Councilwoman
Thompson and by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Levine, Schlegel,
Burt and Mayor Wood
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 27th day
of June, 1967.

County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, do hereby certify
