RESOLUTION OF THE CI~ COUNCIL GF TBB CI~ OF
AlUtGYO GRAND GRUIUNG THE ABAN1!IG)NMBNT Ci>F
POltTIGNS OF THB CI~ STREETS (STUlTS AND HIGH-
~YS COD SECTION 8323)
WHBRlAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
has elected, to proceed under provisions of Streets and Highways
. Code 'Section 8321, et seq., and in accordance with the provisions
thereof, by R$sOlution, the Arroyo Grande City Council set the
t1me and place for public hearing of protests for the vacation of
said city street at 8100 P.M., April 25th, 1967, in the Arroyo
Grande City CounCil Chambers, and
WHBREAS, the City Council has found, on the basis of
evidence produced at the public heari,ng, that the hereinafter
described public street is unnecessary for present or future
public street purposes;
NOW, TBBREFORE, n IT RESOLVED that the hereinafter
described Arroyo Grande City Street be abandoned and it is so
oraered.
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, that portion of ltamona Ave. lying between
the Westerly line of 20th Street (abandoned) and the,lasterly line
of 19th Street (abandoned) as said ,Streets are delineated on a Map
of the TOwn of Grover recorded in Book A of Maps at 'age 6,
records of .aid County.
On motion of Councilman Burt, seconded by Councilman
Schl.gel, and by the following roll call vote, to witl

Schlegel, Burt and Mayor Wood
