RESOLUTION NO. 741 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF RAMONA AVENUE AND FIXING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING AS PROVIDED FOR BY STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE SECTION 8320, et seq. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo 'Grande finds that public interest and convenience requires the disposal of certain real property dedicated to said City for street purposes along a portion of Ramona Avenue in the City of Arroyo Grande; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Arroyo Grande City Council elects to proceed under provisions of Streets and Highways Code Section 8320, 8321 and 8322 in Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 2, thereof; ~~at said street to be vacated is commonly known as a~on of Ramona Avenue and is described in that certain map on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is herein referred to by reference; That the ti~e and place of hearing protests of the vacation of said City street is hereby fixed as follows; Arroyo Grande City Council Charr~ers, 8 0' clock p.m., April 25, 1967; That the City Clerk shall publish this resolution at least once in the Arroyo Grande Herald Recorder not less than f1fteen (15) days prior t.o sai.d hearing. On motion of Councilwoman Thompson, seconded by Councilman Schlegel and bytbe following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Schlegel, and Mayor Wood.
