RESOLUTION NO. 726
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANOE AUTHORIZING CERTAIN PERSONNEL OF SAID CITY TO
EXECUTE IN ITS BEHALF APPLICATIONS AND OOCUMENTS PERTINENT
" TO THE CIVIL OEFENSE EQUIPMENT PROGRAM ANO THE PERSONNEL AND
ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAM OF THE CIVIL DEFENSE ACT of 1950 THROUGH
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA OISASTER OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY City Council of City of Arroyo Grande, that the
following named individuals are hereby authorized to execute for and in
behalf of City of Arroyo Grande, a public entity established under the
laws of the State of California, applications and documents for the
purpose of obtaining financial assistance under the Federal Civil
Defense Act of 1950, As Amended, (Public Law 920, 81st Congress,
