A .RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING THE PUBLIC $ERVICES
AND FAC.I LlTI ESELEME.NTOF THE GENEAALPLAN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has prepered
a general plan report together with general plan maps entitled the "!"ubI ic
Servlctls and Faci 1 itiesPlan" end did all things legally and technlc;el1y
r,,!ulrlad by law to develop a repor'tand maps adequate In scope and author-
ity to serve the purposes of a generel plan; and
WHEREAS, pursuent to Government Code Section 65501 et seq. the City

1t66, tor the'purpose of considering the adoption of the Public Service

the general health, safety, convenience and welfere of the citizens of the

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grende hn e raspon-
sibillty to plen for the desirable future growth and development of the
City of Arroyo Grande;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FDLLDWS:
