RESOLUTION NO. 724
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR COPIES
OF THE ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE BOOK AND
INDIVIDUAL PAGES TO THE ARROYO GRANDE
MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS on September 13, 1966, the Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande adopted the Arroyo Grande M~nicipal Code consisting of the
codification of the valid general ordinances of the City, and
WHEREAS it would be to the benefit of the residents of the City
of Arroyo Grande and others to purchase copies of said Municipal
Code and portions thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande as follows:
SECT I ON 1. That the Arroyo Grande City Municipal Code shall be
sold for Tweoty Five Dollars ($25.00) for a complete copy. Individual
pages shall be sold at the rate of Seven Cents ($.07) for each page,
with a minimum charge of One Dollar ($1.00) a purchase:
SECTION 2. The Ci ty Cl erk is hereby d,j rected to execute and to
implement the provisions of this resolution.
. On motion of Councilman Levine, seconded by Councilwoman Thompson
and by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Levine, Burt
and Mayor Wood.
NOES: None
ABSENT Councilman Schlegel.
