RE~OLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZ ING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
DEED FOR THE SALE OF SURPLUS CITY PROPERTY
WHEREAS the Arroyo Grande City Council has adopted a Resolution finding
that the public Interest and convenience require the sale ofcer.taln here-
Inafter described real property,and
WHEREAS said Resolution provided under Government Code Sectl.on 37422 was
publ Ishedand posted, according to Law,and thereafter, said City Council
Invited bids for the purchase of said property, and
WHEREAS the bid of Ruth Paulding for $25.00 dated July 12, 1966 was the
highest and best bid submitted for that property to be sold particularly
descr I bed as fo I lows:
That portion of Lot 21 In Blick 28 Aanda portion of
HarrislonStreet (abandoned) In Beckett's Crown HilI
Addition to the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California as recorded In Book A ,
at Page 57 records of sa I d County and be I ng furhter I
descr I bed as fo I lows:
Beginning at the most northeasterly corner of said Lot 22;
thence South 290 East along the Easterly line of seld Lot
22, 68.75 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South
290 East along the .Easterly line of Lot 21 and the Southerly
prolongation thereof a distance of 88.75 feet to the center
line of Harrison Street; thence South 610 West along the
said center line of Harrison Street a distance of 10.00 feat;

NOW,THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the bid of
Ruth Peuldlng be aCGepted as the highest and best bid for the purchase of ebove
described property and the Mayor of the City of Arroyo Grande be authorized to
execute a deed In favor of Ruth Paulding.
