RESOLUTION NO. 701
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING
A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED
FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Expendlute of Funds
Allocated from the State Highway Fund to Cities has been entered into by the
City of Arroyo Grande, hereinafter referred to as the City, and the State
Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as
the Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a project statement showing
estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1966-67
fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard said project statement and is fam- i

Illar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande that said project statement dated June 14, 1966, be and Is hereby
adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of gas tax allocation to
cities, said project statement be and the same is hereby approved and that
the Director of Public Works Is directed to sign the same on behalf of said
City, and said project statement to be submitted to the Department of Public
Works, State of California, in accordance wi~h the provisions of Section 197
of the Streets and Highways Code.
On mot I on by Counc Ilman Burt , seconded by Counc Ilman
Levine , and on the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Levine, Burt, Schlegel
and Mayor Wood
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14th June, 1966.
