RESOLGTI ON r,o. 68.. .
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande approving co-
operative agreement for expenditure on State highways of funds apportioned under
Streets and Highways Code Section 186.1 or receiving matching credit for eligible
work performed on State highways,
WHEREAS, Section 186.4 provides that routes in the State Highway System
may be included in the Select System of a city for the purpose of providing
for contribution to and processing of projects pursuant to cooperative agree-
ments with the Department; a~d
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement and Is familiar
with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
that said agreement be and is hereby approved and the Mayor is directed to sign
on behalf of said city, said agreem~nt to be binding upon its execution by the
authorized officials of the State.
On motion by Councilma~ Burt , seconded by Councilman McNeil
and on the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Levine, McNeil, Burt and
Mayor Wood
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of March
1966.
