RESOLUTION NO. 680
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL DF THE CITV OF ARROYO GRANDE
CONFIRMING THE RE.pORT OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS AND
LEVYING ASSESSMENT FOR THE I NSTALLATI ON OF CONCRETE CURB,
GUTTER AND DRIVEWAY APRDNS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911", beIng
Division 7 of the Streets and Highweys Code of the State of California, the Super-
IntendentofStreets did on the 17th day of September, 1965, notify the owners or
persons In ponenlon of those certain properties within the City of Arroyo Grande,
Callfornle, locetedat: on the North and South side of Sunset Drive between Alder
Street .and Elm Street, to cause certain Installation of concrete curb, gutter and
driveway aprons to be made adJacent to the hereinabove properties: thet the owners
or persons In possession, so notified, failed and neglected to cause .seld Installa-
tion to be made; end that the Superintendent of Streets proceeded to hevewld 1.0-
stelletlon done and made at a total cost of Three Thousand One Hundred Seventeen
Dollars and Nineteen Cents ($3,117.19) and
WHEREAS, the said Superintendent of Streets, upon the completion of wid Instel-
lit Ion., flied with this City Council his report upon seid Installation and costs
thereof, end geve notice to the owners or persons In possessIon of slid properties
hereinabove referred to., In the time, form end manner prescribed bylaw, thetthe
hour of 8:00 P.M. on the 8th day of Februery, 1966, was the hour fixed for hearing
uponseldraport; and evidence having been received thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .ARROYD
GRANDE, ,as follows:
SECTION I. That all notIces have been given as provided by law end required by
the .Provlslonsof the "Improvement A<;t of 1911" and that the report of theSuperln-
tendent of Streets upon the Installation be, end It Is hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. That an essessment In the amount of $3,117.19 representing the In-
stal1atlon made by the Superintendent of Streets against the propllrtles herelnebove
descrl bed I s hereby medeend conf I rmed ; and the Super I ntendentof Streets Is hereby
directed to notify such owners or persons In posse.slonof said .propertlesof said

SEtTION 3. Thilt If the owners or persons In po'ssesslon of s.ald properties fall
to pay slid assessment within five (5) days from date hereof, as provided by law,
