AN ORD I NANCE OF THE CITY COUNC I L OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AND THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE CAll~'1
FORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY Of ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS fOLLOWS:
SECT! ON I. That an amendment to the Contract between the City Council
of the City of Arroyo Grande and the Board of Administration, California Public
Employees' Retirement System, is hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment
being attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A", and by such reference made a p;ort
hereof as though herein set out In full.
[ SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Arroyo Grande is hereby authorized,
empowered, and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of said Agency.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the date of its
adoption, and prIor to the expiration of 15 days from the passage thereof shall be
published at least once in the Five Cities' Times-Press-Recorder, a newspaper of
general circulation, published and circulated in the City of Arroyo Grande and
thenceforth and bhereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.

and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Hogan; Vandeveer, Millis and Mayor Pope
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted
