SECTIQN 1: That certain Ordinance known as "ZONING ORDINANCE ,OF THE

CITY OF ARROYo' GRANDE" is herewith amended as follows: ,

The II~NII'IG MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" referred to in Section
.302 of title{9, C~apter 4,of the Municipal Code, is amended so that ~he zones
and boundaries of 'certain Districts shown therein and thereon are'~hariged
so as to be the zohes 'and boundaries as shown and design~ted on the Map attached
hereto, and by thi, reference incorporated herein, which Map' is,e\1~itled

17.07, and to further modify Lot 3 currently zoned Planned
Development ("P-C" Professional-Commercial District) total ing
12.48 acres to a revised acreage 8.47 acres. Said amend-
ment to the Municipal Code shall not preclude the City Council
to reconsider previous approvals to Parcels 4,5,6,7,8,9,
10,11,12,13 & 14 as defined in Exhibits"B & C attached
to Ordinance 140 C.S. and Subdivision Map #604.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty(30)
days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage, it
shall be published once, together with the names of the Council Members voting
thereon, in the Five Cities Times-Press,Recorder.
