ORDINANCE NO. 213 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING
A PORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE REFERRED TO IN SECTION .3D2 OF TITLE 9,
CHAPTER 4 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO REZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That certain Ordinance known as "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE" 'is herewith amended as follows:
The "ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" referred to In Section .302
of title 9, Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code, Is amended so that the zones and
boundaries of certain Districts shown therein and thereon are changed so as to be
the zones and boundaries as shown and designated on the Map attached hereto, and
by this r.eference Incorporated herein, which Map is entitled "A SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP OF THt CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AHENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 213 C.S. OF -.J
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE", and said Map and all notations and references shown
thereon shall be as much a part of this Ordinance as If the matters shown on
said Hap were fully described herein, and the Districts and zones and boundaries
of the property shown therein from and after the effective date of the adoption
of this Ordinance. The properties Intended to rezoned and the changes in the
zoning accomplished hereby are described as follows:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, being a Division of Part of Lots 6 and 8 of the Folsom
Tract per B-MAP-75. Also known as Assessor's Parcel No. 77-221-32,
and identified ~s 1063 and 1065 Grand Avenue. k

Said property is generally located approximately 188.83 ft. south of I
Grand Avenue., with a dimension of approximately 34 ft. In depth by
188 ft. In width. Said property will be rezoned from "R-I" Single
Family Residential District to "H-S" Highway Service District.
SECTION 2: There shall be no vehicular circulation allowed between
said Lots from Sunset Drive to the Conlercial section on Grand Avenue.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be In full force and effect thlrty(30)
days after tis passage, and within flfteen(15) days after Its passage, It shall
be published once, together with the n~mes of the Council Members voting thereon,
in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Council Hember Gallagher, seconded by Council Member de Leon
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Pope, Gallagher, de Leon, Smith and Mayor Hillis
