AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING
THE ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SEC-
TION 60S (A) OF CHAPTER 4 OF TITLE 9 TO LIMIT R-I
HEIGHTS TO THIRTY FEET.
The City ,Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That the following section of Chapter 4, Title 9 of the
Arroyo Grande Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
Section 9-4.605. Maximum allowable height (R-I) !
(a) Main ~uildings. A height not to exceed thlrty(30') feet; and I

SECT! ON 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty(30)
days after Its passage, and wlthln'fifteen(IS) days after Its passage, It shall
