ORDINANCE NO. 210 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING
CHAPTER 4 OF TITLE 6 OF THE ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL
CODE ENTITLED GARBAGE AND REFUSE BY REPEALING
SECTIONS 6-4.01(8) AND 6-4.04(C).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECn ON I: Section .Ol(b) and Section .04(c) of Title 6, Chapter
4 of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code are hereby repealed.
SECn ON 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty(30)
days after its passage', and withIn fifteen (15) days after its passage It shal1
be published once, together with names of the Council Kembers voting thereon,

On motion of Council Member de Leon, seconded by Council Member Gallagher
and;on the following roll call vote, tc, wit:
AYES: Council Members Pope, Gallagher, de Leon, Smith and Mayor Millis
