RESOLUTION NO. 3431
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING ITEMS TO BE PLACED ON
A SURP,-US LIST AND AUTHORIZING A SALE AT PUBUC
AUCTION
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has certain vehicles and equipment- VYhich are
no longer used or needed; and
WHEREAS, the vehicles and equipment can be classified as surplus property and made
available for sale to private parties at public auction.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
does hereby declare as surplus the vehicles and equipment described in Attachment "N'
and authorize their sale.
On motion of Council Member Tolley, seconded by Council Member Ferrara, and by the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Tolley, Ferrara, Runels, Dickens, and Mayor Lady
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 2200 day of February, 2000.
