ORDINANCE NO. 184 C. S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AUTHORIZING EXCHANGE OF CITY OWNED REAL
PROPERTY PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 37351.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Arroyo Grande
are hereby authorized to execute a deed in favor of JACK J. CARMICHAEL and
KAY L. CARMICHAEL to that certain real property designated as Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, in partial consideration for a drainage easement over that
certain real property designated as Exhibit "B" attached hereto.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in fuli force and effect thirty (30)
days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall i

be published once, together with the names of the Council Members voting thereon,
in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Council Member de Leon and seconded by Council Member Gallagher, !
and on the following roll call vote, to wit: i
AYES: Council Members Gallagher, de Leon, Pope, Smith and Mayor Millis.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
