ORDINANCE NO. 175 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING
THE ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SUB-
SECTION (a) OF SECTION .1202, CHAPTER 4, TITLE 9,
RELATING TO USES PERMITTED IN THE "C-N" DISTRICT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECT! ON 1: That Subsection (a) of Section .1202, Chapter 4 of Title 9
of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
Section 9-4;1202(a) Uses Permitted (C-N)
Food stores, bakery shops, drug, variety, delicatessen,
hardware, sHo'e repa I r, book, gift, stat i onery, record,
flower and other specialty shops, beauty shops, barber i
shops, cleaning and laundry agencies, and restaurants, ,
but not Including drive-in or auto oriented restaurants.
SECT! ON 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after Its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall
be published once, together with the names of the Council Membe~s voting thereon,
In the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Council Member de Leon, seconded by Council Member Gallagher and
on the following' roll ca1l vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Pope, Gallagher, Smith, de Leon and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
