RESOLUTION NO. 3434
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING LEVELS OF
PURCHASING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California
("City") is duly authorized and existing under the laws of said State; and
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande purchases goods and services for the operation
of City functions; and
WHEREAS, it is prudent t9 establish levels of authority for such purchases of goods
and services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, hereby adopts the Levels of Purchasing Authority attached to this Resolution
and marked as Exhibit A, and hereby incorporates such Exhibit into this Resolution.
The Levels of Purchasing Authority shall become effective May 1, 2000.
On motion of Council Member Tolley, seconded by Council Member Runels, and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Tolley, Runels, Dickens, Ferrara, and Mayor Lady
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14th day of March, 2000.
