ORDINANCE NO. 147 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING A
PORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
REFERRED TO IN SECTION .302 OF TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4 OF
'THE MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECT! ON I: That certain Ordinance known as "Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Arroyo Grande" Is herewith amended as follows:
The "Zoning Hap of the City of Arroyo Grande", referred to In Section .302
of Title 9, Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code Is amended so that the zones and
boundaries of certain DistrIcts shown therein and thereon are changed so to be
the zones and boundaries as shown and designated on the Hap att.ched hereto, and
by this reference Incorporated herein, which Map Is entitled "A Section of the
Zoning Map of the City of Arroyo Grande, amended by Ordinance No. 147 C.S. of the
City of Arroyo Grande", and said Hap and al1 notations and references shown
thereon shall be as much a part of this Ordinance as If the matters shown on said
Hap were all fully described herein, and the Districts and zones and boundaries
of the property shown therein from and after the effective date of the adoption
of this Ordinance. The properties Intended to be rezoned and the changes In the
zoning accomplIshed hereby are described as follows:
PARCEL I:
Those portions of Lot 106 of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Plsmo
and Bolsa de Chemisal. In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, as per map filed In 800k A
page 65 of Haps and Lots II, 13 and 15 of the Folsom Tract,
according to map filed for record September 26, 1891 In Book 8
page 75 of Haps In the office of the County Recorder of said County,
described as a whole as follows:
Commencing at a point In Lot 13 of the said Folsom Tract, said
point being distant North 86033'30" West 15.86 feet, thence North
56049'30" East 270.62 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot
13, which said point of beginning Is 30 feet at right angles from
the Southeasterly line of that certain tract of land designated as
Parcel I In said Deed conveyed by the Security First National Bank
of Los Angeles to Leo A. Briscoe, et ux, by deed recorded In
Book 248 at Page 285 of Official Records, San Luis Obispo County
Records; thence running from said point of beginning North 56049'30"
East 479.31 feet parallel to the Southeasterly line of said conveyed
tract and 30 feet at right angles therefrom to a point In said
Lot 106 of saId Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Plsmo and 90lsa de Chemlsal;
thence North 60055' West 727.07 feet to a point on the Westerly line
of said conveyed tract; thence South 3022'30" West 1t70.82 feet along
the Westerly line of said conveyed tract to a point In Lot 15 of said
Folsom Tract; thence South 60055' East 299.73 feet to the point of
beginning.
EXCEPTING:
195 ft. on the Interior property line and 295 ft. on the Brisco Road
property line.
Said property is rezoned from "P-M", Planned Industrial Zoned District, to
"H-S", Highway Service Zoned District.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be In full force and effect thirty (30) days
after I ts passage, and wi thl n fifteen (15) days after Its passage It sha 11 be
published once, together with the names of the Councilmen voting thereon, In the
Five Cities Tlmes.Press-Recorder.

on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, Gallagher, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 11th day of January, 1977.
