AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING THE
ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REPEALING SECTION 10
CHAPTER V TO TITLE 3 RELATING TO THE LICENSE TAX FOR
NEWLY ESTABLISHED BUSINESSES IN THE CITY DOWNTOWN
PARKING AND BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 10 of Chapter V, Title 3 of the Arroyo Grande
Municipal Code Is repealed In Its entirety.
SECTlGN 2: This Ordinance shall be In full force and effect thirty (30)
days after Its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after Its passage It shall
be published once, together with the names of the Council Members votIng thereon,
In the Five Cities Tlmes-Press-Recorder.
On motIon of Councilman Spier ling, seconded by Councilman Gallagher
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, Gallagher, Schlegel,Millls and Mayor de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregorng Ordinance was passed and adopted this 25th day of May, 1976.
