AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING A PORTION
OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE REFERRED TO IN
SECT I ON .302 OF TI TLE 9, CHAPTER 4 OF THE MUM I CI PAL COilE sa
AS TO REZONE CERTA I N PROPERTY I N THE C I TV. OF ARROYO GRANDE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS rOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That certain Ordinance known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Arroyo Grande" Is herewith amended as follCl#s:
The "Zoning Map of the City of Arroyo Grande", referred to In Section .302
of Title 9, Chapter 4 of the Munlclpa! Code Is amended so that the zones and
boundaries of certain Districts shown therein and thereon are changed so as to be
~he zone.' and boundaries as shown and designated on the Map attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "A", and by this reference Incorporated herein, which Map Is
entitled "A Section of the Zoning Map of the City af Arro.ya Gran_, Amended by
Ordinance No. 134 C.S. af the City of Arroyo Grande", and salcl Map Mill all
notatlans and references shown thereon shall be as much a part o.t this Ordinance
as If the matters shawn on said Map were all fully described herein, and the
Districts and zones and boundaries of the property shown therein from and after
the effective date of the adoption af this Ordinance. The properties Intended to.

and filed In the office af the County Recarder of the, County of
San Luis Obispo., State of California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that part thereof cant&inlng 0.185 acres,
more o.r less, conveyed by Mary T. Dixson and A.W. Dlxsan, her
husband, to J. R. Wlthraw, by deed dated March 5, 1920, and
.recorcled March 23, 1920, in Book 136, Page 366 of Deeds, In the
office of the County Recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo.
Also EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that part thereof containing
0.265 acres, more ar less, conveyed by Mary T. Dixson and
A.W. Dixson, her husband, to J. R. Withrow, O. M. Withrow,
and Mamie A. McNeill, by deed dated March 5, 1920, and recorded
March 23, 1920, in Book 136, Page 367 of Deeds In the afflce of
the County Recorder of the Caunty of San Luis Obispo.
AI! that part of Lat 7 of the lands af D.F. and Anna Newsom in
the Rancho Bolsa de Chemisal surveyed by R.R. Harris In 1875,
and B.F. Hinchliffe in 1877 described as fallows:
Beginning at the most Northerly carner of Lat 90 of the Ranchos
Carra! de Piedra, Pismo and Balsa de Chemlsal, according to the
map thereof made by James T. Stratton; thence South 43.. deg. East,
along the Northeasterly I ine of said Lot 90, 13 chains; thence
NCilrth 46-3/4 deg. East, 12 links; thence North 43 deg. 28' West
alang the Westerly side of the flume of the Arroyo Grande, Irrigating
Company, 13 chains; thence South 46-3/4 deg. West 7 links to the
point of beginning, containing 0.012 acres.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that part thereof conveyed by Mary T. Dixson
and A.W. Dixson, her husband, to J.R. Withrow, by deed dated
March 5, 1920, and recorded March 23, 1920, in Book 136, Page 366 of
Deeds, In the office of the County Recorder of the County Cilf San

Said property Is rezoned from "A" Agricultural Zoned District, to. "A-P"

SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after Its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after Its passage It shall
be published once, together with the names of the Council Members votln'g thereon,
