ORDINANCE NO. 128 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE C~TY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING A
PORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CiTY OF ARROYO GRANDE
REFERRED TO IN SECTION .302 OF TiTLE 9, CHAPTER 4 OF
THE MUNiCIPAL CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS,
SECTION 1: That certain Ordinance known as "Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Arroyo Grande" is herewi th amended as fo II ows:
The "Zoning Map of the City of Arroyo Grande", referred to in Section .302
of Title 9, Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code is amended so that the zones and
boundaries of certain Districts shown therein and thereon are changed so as to be
the zones and boundaries as shown and designated on the Map attached hereto, and
by this reference incorporated herein, which Map is entitled "A Section of the
Zoning Map of the City of Arroyo Grande, amended by OrdInance No. 128 C.S. of the
City of Arroyo Grande", and said Map and a11 notations and reference shown thereon
shall be as much a part of this Ordinance as if the matters shown on said Map were
all fully described herein, and the Districts and zones and boundaries of the
property shown therein from and after the effective date of the adoption of this
Ordinance. The properties intended to be rezoned and the changes In the zoning
accomplished hereby are described as fol1ows:

BOOK A, PAGE 63 OF MAPS, IN THE DFFlCE OF TI-E COLNTY RECORDER OF SAID
COLNTY. DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS.
BEGINNING AT TI-E MDST SOUTI-ERLY CORNER OF SAID LDT 9, BEING DESIGNATED
ON SAID MAP AS "S-28",
THENCE ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT. NORTH 63045' WEST
604 FEET;
THENCE NORTH 28022' EAST 480.43 FEET;
THENCE NORTH 53030' WEST 462.45 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO TI-E SOUTHEASTERLY
LINE OF TI-E LAND DESCRIBED IN THE DEED TD JDSEPH ZOGATA AND WIFE, RECORDED
JULY 2. 1956 IN BOO< 851, PAGE 437, OFFICIAL REC~S OF SAID COLNTY AND
THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
TI-ENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SDUTHEASTERLY LINE DF SAID JDSEPH ZDGATA
PROPERTY, SOUTH 41052' WEST 120 FEET;
TI-ENCE LEAVING SAID LINE, PARALLEL WITH TI-E SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF
PEARWODD AVENUE, SOUTH 53030' EAST 205.11 FEET,
THENCE NORTH 32011'55" EAST 119.80 FEET TO 5AID SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF
PEARWOOD AVENUE,
THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF PEARWODD AVENUE
NORTH 53030' WEST 185.11 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING AND
CONTAINING 23,311 SQUARE FEET MORE OR LESS.
Said property is rezoned from "R-A-B-3" Residential Agriculture District
to "R-I" Single Family Residential District.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shal! be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after its passage, and within fifteen (IS) days after its passage It shall
be published once, together with the names of the Councilmen voting thereon, In
the Five Cities Tlmes-Press-Recorder.

on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 10th day of November, 1975.
