ORDINANCE NO. 123 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING
THE ARROYO GRANDE MUNICiPAL CODE BY AMENDiNG
SECTION 2, CHAPTER 6, TITLE 9 OF THE ARROYO GRANDE
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ANNEXATION FEE CHARGES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDA~N AS FOLLOWS:
SECn ON J: Chapter 6 of Title 9 of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code is
amended by amending Section 2 thereof to read as follows:
SECTION 9-6.02: Annexation Fees Imposed.
The fee hereby imposed on territory proposed ta be annexed to
City shall be and is hereby fixed and assessed as follows:
(a) One Hundred Ten and No/IODth ($110,00) Dollars for each
annexation to reimburse the City of Arroyo Grande for charges
imposed by the San Luis Obispo County Local Agency FormatIon
Convnissiion; and
(b) A per lot fee of .004 cents (4/10 of ane cent) for each
square foot of land, with a minimum fee of Twenty-Five and
No/IOOth ($25.00) Dollars; or
(c) One Hundred Fifty and No/IOOth ($150.00) Dollars for
each acre of land and any part thereof,
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be In full force and effect thirty (30) days
after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it shell be
published once, together with the names of the Councilmen voting thereon, In the
Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Counei Iman de Lean, seconded by CouncIlman Spler1ing IInd on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierllng, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
