ORDINANCE NO. 119 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ,AMENDING TITLE 9,
CHAPTER 4 OF THE ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING
PARAGRAPH (f) TO SECTION 9-4.803 OF THE ,ARROYO GRANDE
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PARKING LOTS IN "R-G" DISTRICTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Section .803 of Chapter 4, Title 9 of the Arroyo Grande
Municipal Code is amended to provide for the addition of subsection (f) thereto,
to read as follows:
Section 9-4.803 Cf)
Public or private parking lots for automobiles when contiguous
to any "C", "P-C", "H-S" or "M" Districts, and when fenced and
landscaped to the approval of the Planning Commission.
SECTIO.N 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall
be published once, together with the names of the Councilmen voting thereon, in
the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Councilman de Leon, seconded by Councilman Spierling and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 8th day of April, 1975.
