ORDINANCE NO. 110 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING
CHAPTER I OF TITLE 6 OF THE ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL
CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 6-1.37 TlIERETO RELATING TO
REGULATION AND LICENSE FEES OF DOGS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORD#.IN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Chapter 1 of Title 6 of the Arroyo GrandeMUnicipal,Code is
hereby amended by amending Subsection (a) of Section 6~1.38 as followa:
Seetion 6-1.38 REGISTRATION AND LICENSE FEES
The following fees shall be effective January I, 1975, provided however
the fees set forth in the pre~existing law shall be applicable until such date.

SECTION 2: Except as herein amended, Section 6-1.38 shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance relates to taxes imposed for the usual and
current expenses of the City of Arroyo Grande pursuant to Government,Code:Section
36937 (d) and shall be in full force and effect immediately following ado~tion.
SECTION 4: Severability. If any section or provision or parts hereof
of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstituti?nal such invalidity
or unconstitutionality shall not effect the validity of tbe ordinance as a
whole or of any other section or provision or part bereof.
On motion of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by CouncilmanSpierling and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, Schlegel and Mayor Talley
NOES: Councilman Millis
ABSENT: Cc,unctlman de Leon
