AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE PREZONING
CERTAIN UNINCORPORATED TERRITORY ADJOINING THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE PtJllSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 65859
AND ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 9-4,3209,
THE CITY COUNClL OF THF; cn'Y OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Thst certain zoning map of the City of Arroyo Grande referred
to in Section ,302 of Title 9, Chapter 4 of the l<1\1nicipal Code is amended so
that the zones and boundaries of certain Districts shown therein and thereon
shall be the zones and boundaries as shl'Wn and designated on the map attached
hereto, and by this reference :i.tl~orporated herein, which map is entitled "A
SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF TIlE CITY OF ARROYO GRA.NDE, AMENDED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 107 C.S. OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" and R11 notations and references
shown thereon shall be as nroch n part of this ordinance as if the matters
shown on said map were all fully described herein, and the Districts and zones
and bOllndaries of the property shown therein from and after the effective date
of the annexation of said property to the City of Arroyo Grande. The properties
intended to be prezoned and the zoning accomplished hereby are described as
follows:
A portion of Lot 109 a part of Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo
15< Bolsa de Chamisal as shown on map filed in Book A Page 65 of
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of San Luis Obispo
County, State of California, more particularly described as
follows:
Parcel No. 2 as shown on Parcel Map filed in Book 3 Page 32 of
Parcel Maps in said Sa,n Luis Obispo County Recorder I s Office,
Satd property is pr630n!!d R-l and is hereby zoned R-l to become effective
upon almexation of said property to the City of Arroyo Grande, pursuant to Arroyo
Grande Municipal Code Section 9-4.3209,
SECTION 2: This Ordinanc,e sha.ll be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after its passe,ge, and with!.n fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall
be published on'"", together with the names of the Council Members voting thereon
in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Councilman de Leon, seconded by Councilman Spierling and on
the following roll call vote, to wit;
AYES: Councilmen Sp:i.crling, de Leon, Schlegel and Mayor Talley
NOES: Counci.lma:1 Mi.1JJ.s
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 13th day of November, 1974,
