" AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING A
PORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
REFERRED TO IN SECTION .302 OF TITLE 9, CHAPtER 4 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN
THE CITY OF AaROYO GRAWE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE .OOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That certain Ordinance known as "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE" is herewith amended as follows:
The "ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE", referred to in Section .302
of Title 9, Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code is amended so that the zones and
boundaries of certain Districts shown therein and thereon are changed so as to be
the zones and boundaries as shown and designated on the Map attached hereto, and
by this reference incorporated herein, which map is entitled "A SECTION OF THE
ZON!NG MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AMENDED BY ORDINAOOE NO. 106 C ,S. OF
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE", and said Map and all notations and references shown
thereon shall be as much a part of this Ordinance as if the matters shown on said
Map were fully described herein, and the Districts and zones and boundaries of the
property shown therein from and after the effective date of the adoption of this
Ordinance, The properties intended to be rezoned and the changes in the zoning
accomplished hereby are described as follows:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, that portion of the P.C, right of way
abandoned, westerly and adjacent to and including Lots 10,
11, 12, 13 and 14, Block 36 of Beckett's Crown Hill Addition.
Said property is rezoned from "P-C", Professional Conmercia1 District,
to "P-M", Planned Industrial District.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall
be published once, together with the names of the Councilmen voting thereon, in
the Pive Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Councilman de Leon, seconded by Councilmen Millis and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, de Leon, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Schlegel
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 8th day of October, 1974.
