O 096 C.S. -- ') ORDINANCE NO. 96 C.S. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING THE ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REPEALING CHAPTER 10 TO TITLE 4 OF THE ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE PROVIDING FOR THE ABATEMENT AND REMJVALOF ABANDONED, WRECKED, DISMANTLED, OR INOPERATIVE VEHICLES OR PARTS THEREOF FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY AS ADOPTED ON THE 13TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1973. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: Title 4 of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code is amended by repealing Ordinance No. 95 C.S. as adopted November 13, 1973 and relating to the abatement and removal as public nuisances of certain vehicles. That said Ordinance is repealed because it was inadvertently adopted as Chapter 10 rather than Chapter 11 of Title 4 of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code. SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall be published once, together with the names of the Council Members voting thereon, , in the Five Cities Tirnes-Press-Recorder.
