RESOLUTION NO. 3568
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF
DEDICATION OF LOT B WITHIN TRACT 550
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final map for Tract 550 on July 8, 1975, and the
map was subsequently recorded on October 22, 1975; and,
WHEREAS, an offer to dedicate right of way (Lot B) to the public was provided on the final
map for Tract 550; and,
WHEREAS, acceptance of Lot 8 will provide access to approved Tentative Tract 2206.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thatthe City Council ofthe City of Arroyo Grande
does hereby accept the offer of dedication of Lot 8 as shown on the final map for Tract 550
recorded October 22, 1975 in book 8 of maps, at page 80 in the office of the recorder of
the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California.
On motion of Council Member Lubin, seconded by Council Member Dickens, and by the
. following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lubin, Dickens, Ferrara, and Mayor Pro Tem Runels
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Lady
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 27th day of November 2001.
