SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Mayor Lady called the meeting to order at 6:18 p.m. Mayor Pro Tern Ferrara, Council Members
Runels, Lubin and Dickens, City Manager Adams, and City Attorney Carmel were present.
1. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
2. CLOSED SESSION:
a. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION pursuant to Government
Code Section 54957.

Mayor Lady announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.
4. ADJOURNMENT TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
The meeting was adjourned at 6:48 p.m. to the regular City Council meeting of
November 13, 2001.
