RESOLUTION NO. 3575
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ADJUSTING IN-LIEU FEE FOR
OFF-STREET PARKING IN THE PARKING AND
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREA OF THE VILLAGE BY
THE CHANGE IN THE ENGINEERING NEWS RECORD
CONSTRUCTION COST INDEX
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance 489 C.S. establishing the option of
payment of an in-lieu fee for off-street parking spaces in the Parking and Business
Improvement Area of the Village (hereinafter referred to as the "Village Improvement
Area") and provides for an annual adjustment in the fee based on changes in the
Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande hereby adopts the fee set forth in Exhibit "An attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference as though set forth in full. This Resolution shall take effect sixty
(60) days after its adoption per Govemment Code Section 66017.
On motion of Council Member Lubin, seconded by Council Member Ferrara, and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lubin, Ferrara, Dickens, and Mayor Pro Tem Runels
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Lady
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of January, 2002.
